Bug Core Morpher Summoner

hi...i've a big problem...i had buy core morpher summoner, i had spent 2800 crystal for activated it and after making me choose the new items and relics the core has bugs ... now there are 2 cooldown of 29d on this core and i'm still healer. i had send 3 ticket but I have not received a reply.

I do not care of 2800 crystal but please reset my core morpher

Hello,

There's a lot of players with this bug. You get your core morpher on saturday i think, so it's normal that you haven't had any answer yet (saturday/sunday).
I think that you can expect some response this week.

No need to send multiple tickets, this is totally ineffective. You only clog customer support with all those requests

.

To anyone with this bug, send one request here : http://support.my.com/games/kbPage/6/ with screenshots explaining the bug, and the approximate day and time you tried to use the core morpher (so they can investigate).

@keromerozero, @Menzanima : did you try saturday ? or sunday ?
Can you please both contact a CM with your ticket number (from your request to customer support) ?

Contact a CM with your ticket number as soon as possible, they will pass all those tickets at once to customer support, so the more tickets, the better it is to try to figure out what happened.

change color of loading ... change the character of life in the game ... and do not use five minutes to change into the core.

If you've not already done so, please submit a support ticket.
while they cannot do much about the cool down, they should provide you with a new scroll in a week or so (so it is still usable after the cool down has expired).

If you have, and have not received a reply after a few (working) days, then please PM me the ticket ID.
